In Partnership with Midnight Developments we have created a 3.5" downpipe for Evo's 4-6 to take advantage of the Artec Performance 3.5" Cast Outlet O2 Housing Dump Pipe.
The dump pipe and downpipe come complete with a 3.5" V-band clamp
We can offer different flanges to suit different exhaust applications.
The "standard" option tapers down to a 3" flange that bolts to the OEM catalytic converter and most aftermarket de-cats
The "V-band" option also tapers down to 3" but with a V-band flange rather than a 2 bolt flange
The "Big bore V-band" option comes with a 3.5" V-band flange ready to mate up to a full 3.5" system
It has been proven that 3.5" downpipes reduce back pressure on the turbine wheel and also reduced spool times. They are also proven to increase low end torque and top end power even with an OEM turbo.
This is the perfect combo for those who want to retain an OEM turbo
